As a U.S. importer, most shipments are subject to U.S. Customs duty and taxes. The best way to manage these is by using DHL MyBill. When you register, or let us help you register, for the MyBill system you do so using your Import Express account which begins with “9”. Once registered you can use MyBill to manage all your U.S. Customs duty & tax invoices and do things like pay your invoice, obtain copies of the entry summaries and paperwork, or file a dispute when needed.
