As a Preferred Shipping Independent Sales Representative (ISR), you'll represent a world-class logistics portfolio, including DHL Express for international air freight, and along with domestic delivery services like LTL and FTL.

We are expanding our national sales team and are seeking motivated, entrepreneurial sales professionals with a solid understanding of air freight and logistics operations to help grow our presence across key U.S. markets.

This position is Fully Commission-Based (1099) | Current freight forwarders will not be eligible to apply. 

Position Overview

  • Sell a comprehensive suite of international and domestic shipping services, including air freight, LTL, and parcel delivery.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities
  • Manage and find growth areas in your portfolio of active shipping customers
  • Represent DHL Express, the world’s leading international logistics company, as well as top-tier domestic partners.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior outside sales experience, ideally in logistics, shipping, or transportation.
  • Knowledge of air freight and international shipping processes.
  • Existing business relationships or a book of business is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication and closing skills.
  • High degree of self-motivation, discipline, and entrepreneurial drive.
