No. There is not cost for allowing us to setup accounts for you.

If you have any billing-related questions you can email them to billing@preferredship.com. Preferred Shipping accepts checks, ACH and credit card payment methods. The ACH or Credit card options can be accessed via our PSCSHIP system just contact our Customer Service Team for quick setup customerservice@preferredship.com.

Please note that effective April 1, 2026, we will add a 4% credit card processing fee on all credit card transactions to cover rising costs.

No, although some school districts create Purchase Order Numbers for accounting purposes in order to make payments to vendors, but it's not required, and many schools don't use them. Check with your accounts payable team and reach out to us if you have any questions.

30 days from invoice date. Preferred Shipping gives you easy, extended invoice billing terms, much better than the majority of shipping carriers directly.

Pickups can be scheduled easily within PSCSHIP or by calling our Customer Service Support Team either at the time of shipment or when ready from the Pickups menu. There is no pickup fee with our program.

It depends. If all shipments are ready at the same time one pickup request to collect everything is all that's needed. The DHL driver will collect everything you have ready.

Once you schedule the pickup in PSCSHIP, a DHL Express uniformed and badged driver will make the pickup. DHL Express has a large network of drivers and vehicles trained to handle your pickup needs.

Yes. Our proprietary system PSCSHIP is web-based so you can login form anywhere you have an internet connection. Once logged in you can quicky print labels to the printer connected to the computer you are using.

Generally, the answer is yes. You should consult the dispatching scripts guidelines provided by the IB or Cambridge Headquarters. DHL shipping supplies are available to order here. Additionally, some teachers choose to save the box that was sent to them with the exams and reuse it to send the completed exams to the testing center.
